Cost context

A lower-cost place to begin organizing the work.

Professional aging-life care can be valuable when a family needs a licensed or experienced person directly involved. Public consumer guidance commonly reports hourly care-manager fees around $75–$200, with initial assessments costing hundreds of dollars. CareMorrow's software subscription is different; it does not replace professional judgment or hands-on services.

About savings

No made-up savings number.

Better organization may help a family avoid duplicated work, missed questions, or a poor-fit decision. But CareMorrow does not promise thousands of dollars in savings or a lower caregiver rate. Directly hiring a caregiver can also make a family a household employer with payroll, tax, screening, backup-care, and insurance responsibilities.

For household-employer rules, see IRS Publication 926. Consult qualified tax, legal, and insurance professionals for your situation.

Questions

Pricing, plainly.

What happens after the 5 free messages?

You can subscribe for $29 per month per household for up to 50 messages during each monthly billing period. You will not be charged automatically after the free messages.

What happens when I reach 50 messages?

Your household can send more messages when the next monthly billing period begins and the allowance resets. Unused messages do not roll over.

What else does the paid household plan include?

The paid plan includes unlimited PDF downloads of your Family-space plans and up to 20 exactly approved provider emails during each monthly billing period. Email and scheduling drafts remain available for family review.

Is pricing per family member?

No. The base subscription covers one Family space and the family members invited to collaborate in it.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The household subscription is month to month and may be canceled before the next billing date.

Does CareMorrow guarantee savings on care?

No. Care costs and family needs vary. CareMorrow helps families organize decisions and compare information, but it does not guarantee a particular provider price or financial result.
