Who may use CareMorrow
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account, credentials, household invitations, and activity performed through your account.
The service
CareMorrow provides software for organizing family care situations, researching options, coordinating tasks, downloading Family-space plans, and preparing copy-ready external outreach and calendar drafts. CareMorrow may send a provider email only when the product identifies delivery as available and an authorized user exactly approves the recipient and message. Direct calendar invitation delivery is not currently enabled. Features and availability may change as the product develops.
Important limits
CareMorrow is not a healthcare provider, emergency service, law firm, financial adviser, insurer, staffing agency, or care provider. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, employment, or emergency advice. Call 911 in an emergency. Verify important information and consult qualified professionals for decisions requiring professional judgment.
Automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Provider records, prices, availability, and qualifications can change. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to act.
Household information and approvals
You represent that you have the right to provide information you submit and invite people you add. Family-space members may see shared records. You are responsible for confirming the recipient, channel, and information before approving or using an outreach draft. Direct provider email delivery requires authorized, message-specific approval before information is shared.
Subscriptions
The first 5 product messages are free. Continued access costs $29 per month per household and includes up to 50 product messages during each monthly billing period and unlimited PDF downloads of current Family-space views, unless a different offer is clearly presented before purchase. When direct provider email delivery is shown as enabled, the subscription also includes up to 20 exactly approved provider emails during each monthly billing period. An accepted email approval counts against that allowance even if delivery later fails or is revoked. Message and email allowances reset when the next billing period begins, and unused allowances do not roll over. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal; except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are nonrefundable.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, violate law or another person's rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell the service, send unlawful or deceptive outreach, or use CareMorrow to make solely automated decisions with significant legal or health effects.
Ownership and feedback
CareMorrow and its licensors own the service and its underlying technology. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using CareMorrow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk to users or the service, legal requirements, or discontinued service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareMorrow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
