What we collect
The beta interest form asks for your first name, email address, and the Texas county where your parent lives. You may optionally share a short description of what changed. We also record basic attribution information, such as the page used to submit the form and campaign tags in the link.
Please do not submit diagnoses, medical records, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive medical or financial details through this form.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the DFW beta interest list, understand which families may fit the current county and service scope, contact you about beta availability, and understand which outreach efforts are useful.
We do not sell beta-interest information or provide it to care providers for their marketing.
Where it is processed
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are stored in a CareMorrow-controlled Supabase database. These service providers process information for CareMorrow under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention and requests
We retain beta-interest information while evaluating and operating the beta and for a reasonable period afterward for operational and recordkeeping purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete your submission.

Scope of this notice
This short notice does not yet cover the authenticated CareMorrow product or its handling of family care records. A fuller product privacy policy and terms must be reviewed before broader product access.
