Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including account details, household invitations, messages, care-coordination notes, approvals, support requests, and payment-related records. Please use judgment when adding health or financial details and do not provide information that is unnecessary for coordination.

We also collect service data such as device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, referring pages, campaign parameters, click identifiers, feature use, and diagnostic logs. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored directly by CareMorrow.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Family spaces; generate, organize, and improve requested care-coordination work and outreach drafts; process subscriptions; provide support; prevent abuse; comply with law; and understand product performance.

We do not sell personal information. We do not allow care providers to pay for placement in recommendations. We do not use the contents of a Family space for third-party advertising.

AI processing and external actions

CareMorrow uses automated systems and service providers to process your instructions and generate drafts, research, summaries, and next steps. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed. When the product shows direct provider email delivery as enabled, CareMorrow requires an authorized user to approve the exact recipient and message before information is shared with that provider. Direct calendar invitation delivery is not currently enabled.

When we share information

We share information with vendors that host, secure, analyze, support, or process payments for the service; with people and organizations you direct us to contact; within your Family space according to its membership; during a business transaction; or when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. Vendors may only process information for contracted purposes.

Analytics, advertising, and choices

We may use first-party storage to preserve referral and campaign information. Optional advertising measurement is used only when you provide the applicable consent. You can decline optional measurement without losing access to the service. Browser privacy controls and blocking tools may also limit measurement.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may update account information, leave a Family space, cancel a subscription, or request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping needs.

Children, changes, and contact

CareMorrow is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Email privacy@caremorrow.com for privacy questions or requests.
